Screenshots of the latest Steam UI Update…

First of all, I will start off by saying that I actually quite like it. I have had a read of a couple of the comments on the forum so far and have been shocked at all the negative feedback on it. So many people hate change it’s quite worrying. This is not a review so I will not be going in depth, I’m just providing screen shots.

Shut up and show us I hear you scream, well here you go: (You can click on the images for a larger version)

Lets start with the opening Screen:

As you can see a few things have changed here. The only thing i’m not too sure about is the large text rather than buttons. But after playing about with it for 10 minutes it has started to grow on me.

Next up we have the Games list (3 Versions):

Now the first screen shot I really like. I love the idea of putting the game background behind all of the information.

Next up is tools:

They have kept that one pretty basic.

Next is the Friends Panel and Chat Window:

It has been some time since I made a post…

For which I am sorry. Not that many people read this anyway! Nothing really exciting to talk about at the minute. Do have one quite largish project in the pipeline currently but will talk about that a little more when it’s closer to revealing. The fight continues on with Dwr Cymru… Bloody morons.

The only other thing I have to mention today so far is a video that a friend pointed out to me. Brilliant piece of work, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

It seems that the recent offering from Radio 1 has shown the true limit of the BBC’s site. With 503 Errors all over the place, the opportunity to see Fearne’s enlarged boobs has brought the gallery section to a stand still.
