Sky Broadband has now been sent another email regarding my very rapidly declining connection. And they have been given until 5PM tomorrow to reply. I think this is plenty of time considering I have been waiting since the 24th.
For ease, I will stick a copy of the images below as well. This happens every single bloody night and I am fed up with it. People in this area should not have to put up with this level of service, and BT is no better which is why I changed provider in the first place.
